Title: Held

About the project: Held” is a short dance film that examines how lies can erode faith, not just in others but in ourselves, and the courage it takes to remain open in a world where vulnerability feels dangerous. How do we navigate fleeing from an unsafe situation whilst keeping oneself open to the inherent goodness in life? This film explores through a minimalist yet expressive duet the need to honour one’s unlimited potential and create and determine our own reality despite what may be happening around us.”
