Nicoline in her own words…
What I love most about singing is being able to share my passion and joy for singing with others. Since I believe that happiness grows when it is shared, that is for me the most beautiful aspect of being a singer.
…
It’s curious how many people in France love artists such as Amy Winehouse but french soul music is almost nonexistent. For me, soul music is literally music that speaks to the soul so my hope is to bring soulful music to France and hopefully, touch as many people as possible.
…
The thrill of being on stage is like no other. It is where I feel most alive and most authentic. Now that I know that feeling exists, I dream of experiencing it over and over again.
Nicoline in NPAFE’s words…
…It’s literally by chance that NPAFE came across Nicoline. The young singer had been discovered by us thanks to The Voice France 2023 where she sang “Come Back Home” by Sofia Carson, participating with the Bigflo et Oli team.
…Nicoline has greatly impressed NPAFE by the texture in her voice, and by the emotion she lends. We felt that we just had to contact her and help make her known all around the world! It took only a bit of research to discover the Nicoline YouTube channel. There the young artist interprets songs full of emotions and character. The NPAFE team was particularly touched by the “U-Turn Lili” cover originally sung by AaRON.
…Nicoline is not only a singer full of talent, but she is also a dancer and a creator in soul. Her interpretation was magnificent! She had a clear vision and succeeded to realize it. Everyone who see this video clip is conquered by her pure talent. She is also a great composer. Her goal is to compose and produce her own hits! Her Boomerang single counts already thousands of streams on streaming platforms.
…Nicoline is determined to compose songs that reflect her sense of self. “I don’t want to do it for people pleasing I want to do it because I’m passionate”. This is what Nicoline declared to us during our first meeting. She wants to stay true to herself and doesn’t want to follow the trends. Her style of music is neo-soul and RnB, modernized to correspond to the energy of the artist.
…Music is for Nicoline a way to assemble people. That’s why Nicoline collaborated with a rapper in the US. She wants to cross frontiers, integrate different cultures into her songs so she can touch people with her music. She sings in French, in English and in Spanish, a passionate artist, a happy woman, and a humble person whose music is aimed at a young audience that knows to recognize true talent when they hear it.
…Nicoline is only at the beginning of a promising career. She is unique by the timbre of her voice, the style of her rhythmed music and the targeted message she wants to tell. She has the soul of a true artist and will be recognized globally for exactly that.
